With nearly three decades of professional experience in the corporate and insurance sectors across India and Canada, Nidhi has worked in senior leadership and strategic growth roles within global organizations. Her career has spanned underwriting, risk advisory, business development, and stakeholder engagement, giving her deep insight into the pressures faced by high-performing professionals—especially women navigating demanding careers alongside personal health transitions.

Ayuralign was born from Nidhi’s lived experience and professional observation: despite growing awareness around workplace wellness, women’s mid-life health remains underserved, reactive, and often misunderstood. Drawing inspiration from Ayurveda’s personalized, root-cause approach, Ayuralign bridges ancient wisdom with modern digital delivery to offer practical, scalable wellness solutions for today’s working women.

Nidhi is passionate about building solutions that empower women to understand their unique body constitution (prakriti), improve daily wellbeing, and sustain long-term productivity—while enabling organizations to strengthen engagement, retention, and DEI outcomes through inclusive wellness benefits.
